Supporting Our Community

Community Involvement

At ETM Manufacturing, we believe that we win together. This means in collaboration with our team, with our customers, and with our community. One of our core values is being a contributor to the community where we do business. We believe that when our community is enriched, every member of the community, from a single individual to our local business neighbors, is better off.

For us, this includes:

  • helping to meet basic needs for people who live and work near us,
  • helping to support local organizations that are engaged in education and community improvement, and
  • supporting a richer environment at large.

We encourage and support our employees’ volunteerism in their communities and we provide financial support to several organizations that share our goals.  These organizations include:

Helping meet basic needs:
Greater Boston Food Bank
Open Table

Helping our local community:
Littleton Business Association
Littleton Police Association
Littleton Robotics/Littleton STEM Educational Foundation
Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce

Helping our larger community:
Appalachian Mountain Club
American Civil Liberties
Kicks for Cancer
Museum of Fine Arts
Silver Lining Mentoring
The Trustees of Reservations

You can find links to the websites for these organizations in the listings above. We encourage you to check out the great work they are doing and to join us in supporting the creation of a better community for everybody.

We’d welcome learning about the organizations that matter to you.

ETM Manufacturing
A Customer-Centric Culture

ETM Manufacturing started in 1969 as a custom machine shop with a single piece of equipment. Since then, we have grown to provide large-scale, custom sheet metal and machining fabrication for a wide variety of customers. 50+ years after the start in that small garage, we still believe that great results only come from being a great partner for our customers, great employers for our staff, and a great member of the local community we call home.
