ETM Manufacturing started in 1969 as a custom machine shop with a single piece of equipment. Since then, we have grown to provide large-scale, custom sheet metal and machining fabrication for a wide variety of customers. 50+ years after the start in that small garage, we still believe that great results only come from being a great partner for our customers, great employers for our staff, and a great member of the local community we call home.
Doug and Betsy purchased ETM Manufacturing in May 2018 and seek to build upon the strong brand created by the original owner, Edward T. McLaughlin. ETM Manufacturing is dedicated to the values of quality, teamwork, and excellence that underlie everything we do.
We have instituted thoughtful quality and inspection processes, and implemented enhanced benefits and rewards for our employees.
We have begun what we hope will be an ever growing commitment to our local community through holiday giving and sponsorship of high school robotics teams. A highlight of our first year of operation was the opportunity to meet Ed McLaughlin who founded ETM Manufacturing in his garage all those years ago, hearing first-hand about his experience and to learn “Ed’s Rules” that came to guide the way he made decisions and ran the business.
