Materials and Fabrication
Our Littleton shop cuts, punches, and bends sheet metal, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The grade and thickness that suit your part will depend on its shape, how it will be made, and what it needs to do.
Send your drawings with any critical dimensions, hardware details, and finish requirements. We’ll review them before confirming what we can make.
Does the job also need welding, machining, assembly, or finishing? Include that in your request for quote (RFQ). Painting, plating, and electropolishing may involve specialist partners however we do silkscreen, and laser etching in-house. We’ll explain those arrangements when we discuss the work further.

Inspection and Quality Requirements

If you need inspection reports, material records, traceability, or supplier approval documents, include those details with your RFQ. We’ll confirm what we can provide before work begins.
Prototypes and Production Orders
You can order a single prototype, a small batch, or parts for recurring production. There’s no minimum order quantity. For larger orders or repeat monthly demand, we’ll review the part’s complexity and the work involved.
We generally plan around a four-week lead time. Your quote will confirm the schedule based on materials, quantity, fabrication, finishing, and our current workload.
Working to a shorter deadline? Tell us the date you need the parts. Expedited work is available by request at an additional cost, but we’ll need to check the job and our availability first.

What to Send for a Quote
To help us assess the job and prepare your quote, please include:
- Current drawings and CAD models with the correct revision.
- Material grade and thickness, if specified.
- First-order quantity and any expected repeat orders.
- Critical dimensions, tolerances, and fit requirements.
- Hardware, welding, assembly, and finish details.
- Your delivery date and any flexibility.
- Inspection, traceability, and other documentation needs.
- Your contact details and whether you’d like to discuss pickup or delivery.
We accept PDF, DXF, STEP, eDrawings, and SolidWorks models. Drawings and CAD files together are preferred, though we can review either on its own. If you use another format, ask us.
Once we’ve reviewed your files, we’ll follow up with questions or quotation details. Quote timing depends on the job’s complexity and our current quoting workload.
