Our Staff
ETM has a customer centric culture. It comes across in our testimonials again and again. We like to diagnose problems. We want to get to the heart of the issue and solve the cause not the symptom. Many organizations have the capability to service customers by investing in plant and machinery as ETM does, but service is the key differentiator that ETM brings to the market. Either through quick turnarounds from drawing to product in 4 weeks, or agile thinking, to produce a new design solution that reduces long term costs, ETM is dedicated to improving the performance of our customers.
We reinforce this philosophy through an open book approach and a commitment to lean manufacturing techniques.
